To become a Blupeacock member, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information including name, email, phone number, and date of birth
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Agree to receive communications from Blupeacock regarding your membership and promotional offers

Points are earned based on purchases made at our stores:

• Points are calculated based on your membership tier and product category
• Points are valid for 12 months from the date of earning
• Points cannot be transferred to another member
• Blupeacock reserves the right to adjust point values at any time
• Points earned through fraudulent means will be forfeited

Membership tiers are determined by cumulative annual spend. The program includes multiple tiers with increasing benefits:

• Tier status is reviewed annually based on your purchase history
• Higher tiers offer increased point earning rates and exclusive benefits
• Tier benefits apply immediately upon upgrade

Points can be redeemed at any Blupeacock store location. Redemption is subject to:

• Minimum redemption thresholds as specified by the program
• Availability of products and services
• Redeemed points cannot be reversed or refunded
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash

Blupeacock reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the program. Upon termination, all accumulated points will be forfeited.

Blupeacock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the membership program or any part thereof at any time with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to:

• Changes to point earning rates and redemption values
• Modifications to tier requirements and benefits
• Updates to these Terms and Conditions
• Changes to program features and services

Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the mobile application. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Your privacy is important to us. By joining the membership program, you agree to our collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect data to:

• Manage your membership account and process transactions
• Calculate and credit reward points
• Send you personalized offers and communications
• Improve our services and customer experience

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the membership program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
